I was introduced to Tal Belnik of Centaur Developments 3 years ago from a friend of mine who had some work done by them. I initially contacted Mr Belnik for replacing my boiler which he did quickly and efficiently with his team, we then decided to have our upstairs bathroom refitted and again used Centaur Developments for this and we were very pleased, the work was done to schedule, the site was always clean and all the staff very friendly and informative. There was a few things extra that we needed doing around the house whilst the bathroom was being done which they did without hesitation, they made me feel they could not do enough for me.

Earlier this year we had planning permission granted for a double storey extension to the rear of our house which would give us and extra bedroom and bathroom plus a big kitchen breakfast room. Our first point of contact was Centaur Developments we were so pleased with previous work, he quoted us promptly, we did get other quotes as a comparison but in the end we gave the work to Centaur Developments. Work commenced quickly, we went on a 2 week holiday at the start of the project and could not believe the progress on our return. Everything was done efficiently and most importantly to a very high standard. The attention to detail was fantastic and it is very clear that Mr Belnik is a perfectionist.

We contacted Centaur Developments from finding their website when looking for contractors to quote us for a loft conversion. We had seen a house we were interested in buying but it did depend on if a loft conversion was possible as we needed that extra space.

Centaur Developments visited the property and talked us through the options, we then received a detailed quotation. This was competitive with other quotes we obtained with 5 other companies.

I would personally like to recommend the Centaur Development & Construction Company for kitchen fitting and tiling. The reason being that they are very professional, and deliver a high standard of work.

Tal Belnik carried out the fitting and tiling of my kitchen and he impressed me with his ability to adapt the planning of the unit to my requirement. Also the solid oak worktop was cut, grooved and oiled to perfection. The cost was very reasonable compared to the kitchen companies fitters and Centaur also included the tiling, which ensures that all the work is carried out without any delay.
